Welcome to the Brick Ridge Restaurant!
A fine dining establishment showcasing regional American cuisine from all 50 states.
                                                                                             History
The Brick Ridge property was originally the home to The Cabbage Springs School in the middle 1800's. The present building, Ridge#4, as the plaque above the front entrance reads, was built in 1892 and served as the Ridge School throughout the first half of the 20th century.  The main brick structure served as a one-room schoolhouse in which a single teacher taught 20 to 30 students ranging in age from 6 to 20 years.

Since the closing of the school in 1947, Ridge #4 has been the home of a number of eating establishments, clubs and other businesses.  The last operation, known as the Quail Ridge Inn, was a partner of the community from 1975 until it closed its doors in the Spring of 1999.  It is now our pleasure to offer a little education in Regional American Cuisine.  The Brick Ridge culinary team has designed a menu that provides traditional foods from diverse regions of the United States.  We hope to reunite our dining friends with some old-time favorites and introduce a few ethnic inspired American dishes.  Each week, the Brick Ridge will provide classic and contemporary menu items from a selected state of the nation.  We hope you enjoy becoming acquainted with the diverse foods and cultures that have shaped American cuisine.
